By 2030, it is estimated that climate change will have irreversible effects to our livelihood. And while many societies are embracing the fastfood culture, some are shifting to the slowfood industry. Slowfood is a philosophy that envisions to look at food production as an agent of goodness – that is good for producers, consumers, and planet. This is an opportunity for the municipality to invest in the black gold of agriculture – Black Pepper.
